Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 19, 2026
Last Updated: September 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, applications, courses, coaching services, certifications, professional trainings, memberships, communities, classes, events, digital products, publications, and other products and services offered by ALL YOU Inc., an Alaska corporation doing business as Your Own University ("Y.O.U.," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms apply to Your Own University, Dr. Lisha Antiqua digital properties operated by ALL YOU Inc., Twist Yoga, Amazing YOU Flow, and other ALL YOU Inc. programs, brands, websites, and services that reference these Terms.

By accessing our websites, creating an account, purchasing a product or service, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not purchase, enroll in, or use the applicable service.

ALL YOU INC. AND YOUR OWN UNIVERSITY

ALL YOU Inc. is an Alaska corporation doing business as Your Own University.

Your Own University operates educational, coaching, personal-development, professional-development, certification, and training programs.

Twist Yoga operates as part of ALL YOU Inc./Your Own University. Twist Yoga LLC is not identified under these Terms as a separate provider.

Your Own University is not represented as an accredited college or university and does not award academic degrees, college degrees, university degrees, academic credit, university credit, or transferable academic credit.

Additional information concerning the educational nature and professional limitations of our programs is contained in our Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

PROGRAM-SPECIFIC TERMS

Different products and services have different requirements.

A purchase or enrollment may also be governed by an order form, checkout page, enrollment agreement, coaching agreement, certification agreement, payment-plan agreement, waiver, informed-consent document, refund policy, intellectual-property license, or other written agreement.

Those additional terms form part of your agreement with ALL YOU Inc.

If a program-specific written agreement expressly conflicts with these general Terms, the program-specific agreement controls for the subject addressed by that agreement, except where prohibited by law.

You are responsible for reviewing the terms presented at the time of purchase or enrollment.

ELIGIBILITY AND MINORS

You must have the legal capacity to enter into the applicable agreement and financial commitment.

Some programs may permit participation by teenagers or other minors when ALL YOU Inc. determines the program is appropriate for minor participation and the required parent or legal guardian authorization has been obtained.

A minor may not independently enter into a paid contractual relationship with ALL YOU Inc. where applicable law requires parental or guardian authorization.

When a parent or legal guardian purchases or authorizes participation for a minor, the parent or guardian accepts the applicable financial and contractual obligations associated with the enrollment.

Programs not expressly offered to minors are intended for adults.

ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS

Certain services require an account, login, email address, authentication method, or other access credential.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity occurring through your credentials.

Program access is provided to the enrolled or purchasing individual unless the applicable offer expressly permits multiple users.

You may not share, sell, transfer, publish, distribute, or provide your login credentials or paid program access to another person.

We reserve the right to suspend access when we reasonably believe an account has been compromised, shared without authorization, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed at checkout or stated in the applicable enrollment or purchase agreement.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount or payment schedule disclosed at purchase.

Payments may be processed through Stripe, PayPal, application marketplaces, or other authorized payment providers.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and sufficient funds or credit for payments you have authorized.

Taxes or other governmental charges may apply where required.

PAYMENT PLANS ARE NOT MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS

This distinction is important.

When a program has a stated total tuition or purchase price and ALL YOU Inc. permits you to pay that amount in installments, the payment plan is a method of paying the full contractual purchase price.

It is not a cancel-anytime monthly subscription unless the offer expressly states otherwise.

For example, if you enroll in a certification, training, coaching program, mentorship, or educational program for a stated total price and select a multi-payment option, you remain responsible for the entire agreed purchase price even if you later stop attending, participating, accessing materials, completing assignments, or using the program.

Stopping participation does not cancel the remaining installment obligation.

Failure to complete a program does not convert a fixed program payment plan into a month-to-month membership.

ALL YOU Inc. may suspend program access for overdue payments while retaining rights concerning amounts owed under the applicable agreement.

Exceptions apply where expressly provided by the applicable program agreement or required by law.

RECURRING MEMBERSHIPS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Certain services operate as recurring subscriptions rather than fixed-price program payment plans.

These currently include applicable YOU Matter Mastermind memberships and Amazing YOU Flow subscriptions.

The checkout page will disclose the applicable billing period, price, renewal structure, and material subscription terms.

By enrolling in an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the billing cycle disclosed at enrollment until the subscription is canceled.

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled.

Annual subscriptions renew annually unless canceled.

Cancellation stops future renewal billing. Cancellation does not ordinarily create a refund for a billing period that has already begun.

A member or subscriber who chooses not to use the service during an already-paid monthly or annual period is not entitled to a refund solely because the service was unused.

Access generally continues through the applicable paid subscription period unless access is terminated for misconduct, breach, fraud, security reasons, or another basis permitted by these Terms.

Subscription terms presented at checkout control where they provide more specific information.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

Recurring subscriptions may be canceled through the cancellation method provided for the applicable service.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges when completed before the next applicable renewal, subject to processing requirements disclosed at purchase and applicable law.

You remain responsible for charges properly incurred before cancellation becomes effective.

If a subscription was purchased through Apple, Google, or another application marketplace or third-party subscription platform, cancellation and billing management may need to occur through that provider and may also be governed by its applicable terms.

ALL YOU Inc. will not intentionally require continued subscription billing after a valid cancellation has taken effect.

REFUNDS FOR COURSES AND DIGITAL PROGRAMS

Refund eligibility is governed by the terms presented for the specific offer at the time of purchase.

Unless a specific offer states otherwise, courses, downloadable materials, recordings, digital programs, and similar educational products become non-refundable once the purchaser has accessed, opened, downloaded, streamed, entered, or otherwise received the substantive course or digital materials.

A stated refund period, satisfaction policy, guarantee, or other exception applies only when expressly offered in writing for the applicable purchase.

No refund policy overrides rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

PRIVATE COACHING AND SERVICES

Payments for private coaching, consulting, mentoring, and other individually delivered services are generally non-refundable once the service relationship has begun, except where otherwise stated in the applicable agreement or required by law.

Clients who need to pause eligible private services may return to complete unused sessions within two years of the original purchase or enrollment date unless a different completion period is stated in the applicable agreement.

Pausing services does not create a refund.

Unused sessions expire after the applicable completion period unless ALL YOU Inc. agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

Scheduling remains subject to provider availability.

If ALL YOU Inc. elects to terminate a private service relationship without cause attributable to the client, any appropriate refund or credit for prepaid and unused services will be determined according to the applicable agreement and law.

ALL YOU Inc. reserves the right to terminate a client relationship for material breach, harassment, threats, fraud, abusive conduct, repeated boundary violations, unlawful conduct, intellectual-property violations, payment default, chargeback abuse, or other serious misconduct. Refund rights following such termination will be governed by the applicable agreement and law.

CERTIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

Your Own University offers certifications and professional training in specified proprietary or signature methodologies.

Successful completion of an applicable certification authorizes a graduate to identify themselves as trained or certified in the specified methodology and to use the methodology within the rights granted by the applicable certification or graduate agreement.

Certification does not provide a governmental or professional license.

Graduates are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses, registrations, professional credentials, insurance, continuing education, permits, consent procedures, and other qualifications required for their profession and jurisdiction.

Certification does not expand the lawful scope of an existing professional license.

Your Own University does not guarantee that a certification will satisfy requirements imposed by a particular employer, governmental agency, professional association, insurance company, credentialing organization, state, province, country, or licensing board unless expressly stated in writing.

COACHING CERTIFICATIONS

Completion of an applicable coaching certification provides authorization from Your Own University to coach using the methodology covered by the certification, subject to the applicable certification standards and agreements.

A coaching certification does not independently authorize the graduate to practice psychology, psychotherapy, professional counseling, medicine, psychiatry, chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage therapy, or another regulated profession.

Graduates must remain within their lawful scope of practice.

TWIST YOGA AND YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Twist Yoga operates as part of ALL YOU Inc./Your Own University.

Applicable Twist Yoga teacher trainings operate through the school's applicable Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School status.

Completion of an eligible teacher training does not automatically register an individual graduate with Yoga Alliance.

Graduates seeking individual registration are responsible for completing Yoga Alliance's requirements, applications, fees, documentation, continuing education, and other obligations.

Students and graduates remain responsible for complying with laws, professional standards, insurance requirements, and scope-of-practice requirements applicable where they teach or practice.

Under that heading, include the six policies as expandable sections or clearly separated sections:

• Anti-Harassment Policy
• Anti-Retaliation Policy
• Attendance & Training Hour Policy
• Code of Conduct
• Grievance Policy
• Tuition & Refund Policy

At the bottom, we can add something like:

“These policies apply to students enrolled in Twist Yoga 200-Hour and 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training programs offered through Your Own University. Enrollment in a Twist Yoga teacher training constitutes agreement to the policies and enrollment terms applicable at the time of purchase.”

N.E.R.I.

N.E.R.I. and its associated certification methodology were authored and developed by Dr. Anna Altair, DC and are offered through Your Own University as specialized professional education and methodology training.

N.E.R.I. certification does not provide a governmental chiropractic, massage therapy, physical therapy, medical, nursing, mental-health, bodywork, or other professional license.

Graduates performing hands-on techniques must independently maintain every license, credential, registration, insurance requirement, consent procedure, or other authorization required for physical contact or regulated practice within their jurisdiction.

Certification does not expand an individual's existing scope of practice.

Participation in N.E.R.I. education does not establish a doctor-patient or chiropractor-patient relationship with Dr. Anna Altair.

PHYSICAL AND EXPERIENTIAL ACTIVITIES

Some services include yoga, movement, stretching, breathwork, meditation, somatic practices, nervous-system practices, wellness activities, or other experiential exercises.

Participation is voluntary.

By choosing to participate, you acknowledge that physical and experiential activities involve individual responses and potential risks.

You are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for your circumstances and for seeking appropriate professional guidance when needed.

Stop participating in an activity if you experience pain, significant dizziness, difficulty breathing, significant emotional distress, or another concerning response.

Additional physical-practice programs, trainings, or events may require a separate waiver or informed-consent agreement.

COACHING, EDUCATION AND HEALTHCARE

ALL YOU Inc. and Your Own University provide education, coaching, training, and personal or professional development.

Dr. Lisha Antiqua, PhD does not represent herself through these services as a licensed psychologist, psychotherapist, psychiatrist, physician, or other licensed healthcare provider.

Educational discussion of trauma, psychology, nervous-system regulation, sexuality, relationships, emotional health, spirituality, behavior, or human development does not establish a licensed healthcare relationship.

Our programs do not replace appropriate medical, psychological, psychiatric, counseling, or other licensed professional care.

Additional information is provided in our Disclaimer.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise expressly identified, course materials, curricula, methodologies, frameworks, assessments, worksheets, videos, recordings, written materials, graphics, program structures, presentations, educational resources, trademarks, logos, and other original materials are owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by ALL YOU Inc. or the identified rights holder.

Purchasing or completing a program does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

Your enrollment generally provides a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use program materials for your own education and for other uses expressly authorized by the applicable program agreement.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, upload, sell, sublicense, distribute, share, create unauthorized derivative training materials from, or commercially exploit protected materials without written authorization.

CERTIFICATION DOES NOT INCLUDE TRAIN-THE-TRAINER RIGHTS

Being certified to practice or coach a Your Own University methodology does not automatically authorize a graduate to teach the certification curriculum, certify other practitioners, train instructors, issue Y.O.U. credentials, reproduce certification materials, create derivative certifications, or represent themselves as an authorized Your Own University training school.

Such rights require separate express written authorization from the applicable intellectual-property owner or ALL YOU Inc.

RECORDINGS AND COURSE CONTENT

You may not record, reproduce, livestream, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit classes, coaching sessions, trainings, community calls, certification sessions, or other protected program content without permission.

ALL YOU Inc. may record certain classes, trainings, group calls, or events for educational or operational purposes when participants are appropriately informed.

Separate consent will be obtained where required by applicable law.

COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Access to Your Own University communities, groups, classes, trainings, events, and interactive services is conditioned upon appropriate conduct.

You may not use our services to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, intimidate, or abuse another person.

• Engage in unlawful discrimination or targeted harassment.

• Publish another person's confidential, private, or identifying information without authorization.

• Impersonate another individual, instructor, company, professional, or Y.O.U. representative.

• Engage in fraud, deception, or unlawful activity.

• Solicit or market products or services in violation of applicable community rules.

• Distribute course materials or protected intellectual property without permission.

• Share paid access or account credentials.

• Record private or protected sessions without required consent.

• Upload malicious software or interfere with our systems.

• Scrape, harvest, systematically extract, or improperly collect data from our services.

• Use our communities to exploit participants or establish inappropriate professional or commercial relationships in violation of applicable program rules.

• Engage in conduct that materially disrupts the educational environment or threatens the safety or rights of others.

ALL YOU Inc. may moderate content, restrict participation, suspend accounts, or remove participants when reasonably necessary to protect participants, instructors, intellectual property, or the integrity of our programs.

USER CONTENT

Some services allow you to submit comments, assignments, testimonials, posts, questions, photographs, videos, written materials, or other content.

You retain ownership of original content you create unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

By intentionally posting content within a community or interactive service, you grant ALL YOU Inc. the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, display, store, process, and provide that content within the applicable service.

We do not claim unrestricted ownership of your private assignments, journals, coaching disclosures, or personal-development entries merely because you submit or store them through our systems.

If you separately authorize ALL YOU Inc. to use a testimonial, photograph, video, case study, or other material for promotional purposes, that use will be governed by the permission or release you provide.

AFFILIATES AND REFERRAL PARTNERS

Independent affiliates and referral partners may receive compensation for referring customers to ALL YOU Inc. or Your Own University.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, an affiliate is not an employee, officer, agent, healthcare provider, or legal representative of ALL YOU Inc. and has no authority to modify our offers, prices, refund policies, program requirements, certifications, guarantees, or contractual terms.

Official terms provided by ALL YOU Inc. control over inconsistent representations made independently by an affiliate.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, payment processors, websites, applications, social networks, resources, or other services.

Third-party services operate according to their own terms and privacy practices.

ALL YOU Inc. is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, availability, security, pricing, policies, or content of third-party providers except where applicable law provides otherwise.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

ALL YOU Inc. does not guarantee specific personal, emotional, relationship, health, educational, professional, certification, career, business, financial, or other results.

Testimonials, case studies, participant stories, examples, and descriptions of results represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will experience the same outcome.

You remain responsible for your participation, implementation, professional practice, decisions, and results.

BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL EDUCATION

Programs discussing business, sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, publishing, speaking, pricing, money, income, or professional development provide educational information.

ALL YOU Inc. does not guarantee income, revenue, clients, employment, business growth, speaking engagements, publishing results, or financial performance.

Nothing provided through our services constitutes individualized legal, accounting, tax, investment, or financial advice.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact us so the matter can be investigated.

A chargeback does not automatically cancel a valid contractual payment obligation.

Knowingly initiating a fraudulent chargeback or falsely representing an authorized transaction as unauthorized may constitute a breach of these Terms.

Nothing in this section restricts your lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or improper charge with your financial institution or exercise rights available under applicable consumer law.

FAILED PAYMENTS

If an authorized payment fails, ALL YOU Inc. or its payment provider may attempt to process the payment again where permitted.

We may suspend access to a paid program or service while an account is past due.

Suspension of access due to nonpayment does not eliminate an outstanding contractual balance for a fixed-price program.

TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION BY ALL YOU INC.

We may suspend or terminate access when a participant materially breaches these Terms or an applicable program agreement, fails to make required payments, threatens or harasses others, engages in fraud, violates intellectual-property rights, creates a significant safety concern, misuses our systems, or engages in other serious misconduct.

Termination of access does not automatically eliminate amounts lawfully owed under a fixed-price purchase or payment plan.

Any refund rights following termination are governed by the applicable program agreement and applicable law.

SERVICE CHANGES

We may update course materials, instructors, schedules, delivery methods, technology platforms, community features, or other operational aspects of a program when reasonably necessary.

For substantial changes to a purchased service, we will seek to provide a reasonably comparable educational or service experience consistent with the applicable agreement.

We may discontinue future sales of a product or program without affecting rights already established under an existing purchase, except where an applicable agreement or law permits otherwise.

TECHNOLOGY AND AVAILABILITY

We work to maintain reasonable access to our digital services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, internet failures, third-party outages, security events, software changes, platform changes, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect availability.

We may update or replace technology platforms used to deliver services.

PRIVACY

Our collection and processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you acknowledge the privacy practices described there.

DISCLAIMERS

Our separate Disclaimer contains important information concerning educational status, professional licensure, coaching, healthcare, trauma-informed education, certifications, testimonials, affiliate relationships, financial information, physical practices, and other subjects.

The Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ALL YOU Inc., Your Own University, their officers, directors, employees, instructors, teachers, contractors, affiliates, agents, contributors, and authorized representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of our websites, applications, programs, products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful conduct, material violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights, or unauthorized professional use of a certification or methodology.

This provision does not require you to indemnify ALL YOU Inc. for liability that applicable law prohibits us from shifting to you.

GOVERNING LAW

ALL YOU Inc. is an Alaska corporation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and disputes concerning their interpretation are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This provision does not eliminate consumer protections or other rights that applicable law does not permit a consumer to waive.

A program-specific signed or accepted agreement may contain additional dispute-resolution or venue provisions.

INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATION

Your Own University programs may be accessed from locations outside Alaska and outside the United States.

Laws governing coaching, healthcare, professional practice, bodywork, education, taxation, consumer protection, certifications, privacy, and business activity differ by jurisdiction.

Students, participants, coaches, practitioners, and graduates are responsible for understanding and complying with laws and professional requirements applicable where they live, work, or practice.

FORCE MAJEURE

ALL YOU Inc. will not be responsible for delay or failure in performance caused by events reasonably outside our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, governmental actions, war, civil disturbance, labor disruption, widespread technology or internet failures, public-health emergencies, or significant failures of third-party infrastructure.

Where such circumstances affect a scheduled program or service, we may reschedule, substitute delivery methods, extend access, or take other reasonable measures appropriate to the circumstances.

SEVERABILITY

If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

NO WAIVER

Failure by ALL YOU Inc. to enforce a provision on one occasion does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or another right.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, technology, services, policies, or legal requirements.

The current version will display its effective or last-updated date.

Changes will govern future use and purchases as permitted by law. Material changes to an existing contractual program will not retroactively alter a participant's material financial obligations unless permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, applicable checkout terms, order forms, enrollment agreements, certification agreements, coaching agreements, waivers, payment agreements, and other documents expressly incorporated into a transaction, constitute the applicable agreement between you and ALL YOU Inc. concerning the relevant services.

The YOU Mission

To know yourself is the ultimate gift you can offer the world.

At Your Own University, you are encouraged to bring awareness to your experiences, recognize what they have taught you, and use that knowledge to create a life and body of work that feels like your own.

Your experiences matter. What you have survived, studied, learned, practiced, and become holds value. Your next chapter might become a business, a book, a program, a certification, a community, a new career, or a mission only you know you are meant to pursue.

You do not need someone else to tell you what your purpose should be. You need to know yourself well enough to recognize it, understand where you are in building it, and get the right support for the stage you are in.

That is what Y.O.U. is here to help you do.
