Some women enter Empire Builder with an established business. Others are building the next chapter of their work. We begin with where you are and what you are ready to create.
DO I NEED TO HAVE MY BOOK, TALK OR PROGRAM FIGURED OUT BEFORE I BEGIN?
No. That is part of the work we do together. You may arrive with drafts, notes and a very clear idea, or with pieces you have been carrying for years without knowing how they fit together. Empire Builder helps you clarify, develop and complete the Book with a Mission, Signature Talk, and Program or Product that belong in your larger vision.
WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE A BOOK, TALK OR PROGRAM?
Perfect. We do not start over simply for the sake of starting over. We look at what already exists, what still serves your mission, what needs to be refined or completed, and what is missing. Your Empire Builder year is shaped around the empire you are actually building.
IS EMPIRE BUILDER A GROUP PROGRAM?
No. Empire Builder is a private 1:1 mentorship with Dr. Lisha Antiqua. You will also receive access to the YOU Matter Mastermind + Community for additional classes, personal development, connection and support, but your Empire Builder mentorship is private and centered on your individual work.
DOES MY BUSINESS OR MESSAGE NEED TO BE ABOUT TRAUMA OR HEALING?
No. Your empire should reflect your experience, expertise, interests, mission and the work you want to contribute. Empire Builder is not limited to coaches or trauma-related businesses. Your book, talk and offer are developed around what you are uniquely qualified and inspired to bring into the world.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE 12 MONTHS?
The year is centered around building, completing and bringing your work into the world. Depending on where you begin, we may be developing your ideas, writing and preparing your book for publication, creating your signature talk, building your program or product, refining your positioning, preparing for launch, or working through the decisions and opportunities that arise as your empire takes shape.

Empire Builder is mentorship, not a done-for-you agency. Dr. Lisha works closely with you to develop ideas, make decisions, refine your work, solve problems and keep the vision moving forward, but these are your assets, your intellectual property and your empire. You are an active participant in creating them.
WHAT IF TECHNOLOGY, PUBLISHING OR LAUNCHING ISN'T MY STRENGTH?
You do not need to arrive knowing how to do everything. Part of the mentorship is helping you understand what needs to happen next, make informed decisions and navigate the unfamiliar parts of bringing your work into the world. When outside professional services are appropriate, we can identify what kind of support you may need without pretending you have to become an expert at everything yourself.
