YOUR OWN UNIVERSITY NAME AND EDUCATIONAL STATUS

Your Own University is a trade name and educational brand of ALL YOU Inc.

The name Your Own University reflects our educational philosophy that learning occurs through many avenues, including professional education, training, self-study, personal development, experience, reflection, and the lessons learned through living one's life.

Your Own University is not represented as an accredited college or university.

Your Own University does not award academic degrees, college degrees, university degrees, academic diplomas, college credit, university credit, or transferable academic credit.

Enrollment in or completion of a Your Own University course, coaching program, certification, training, membership, class, or other offering should not be represented as enrollment in or graduation from an accredited college or university.

Unless expressly identified otherwise for a particular program, Your Own University programs are private educational, personal-development, professional-development, coaching, or methodology-training programs.

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS AND SIGNATURE METHODOLOGIES

Certain Your Own University programs provide training and certification in proprietary, signature, or specialized methodologies.

Successful completion of an applicable certification signifies that the graduate has completed the requirements established for that program and, subject to the terms of the applicable certification, intellectual-property license, professional standards, or graduate agreement, has authorization from Your Own University to identify themselves as trained or certified in the specified methodology and to use that methodology within their lawful scope of practice.

A certification from Your Own University does not itself confer a governmental license, healthcare license, professional license, academic degree, or legal authority to perform services regulated by a state, province, country, professional board, governmental agency, or other regulatory authority.

Graduates are responsible for determining and maintaining all professional licenses, registrations, credentials, insurance, permits, continuing education, supervision, professional memberships, informed-consent procedures, and other qualifications required for their work and geographic jurisdiction.

Certification in a Your Own University methodology does not expand the lawful scope of an individual's existing professional license, registration, or credential.

Graduates must practice only within the scope permitted by applicable law and by any professional license, registration, certification, or credential they independently hold.

COACHING CERTIFICATIONS

Your Own University coaching certifications train eligible graduates to provide coaching using the methodologies included within their certification.

Certification by Your Own University does not independently license a graduate to practice psychology, psychotherapy, professional counseling, medicine, psychiatry, chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage therapy, or another regulated profession.

Where an outside professional or registration organization requires documentation of education, training hours, practicum hours, assessments, supervision, coursework, or other requirements, applicable Your Own University programs may provide or incorporate documentation supporting completed program requirements.

Acceptance of those hours or materials, membership, registration, licensing, or credentialing by an outside organization is determined solely by that organization or regulatory authority. Your Own University does not guarantee acceptance by any outside credentialing organization unless expressly stated in writing.

YOGA TEACHER TRAINING AND TWIST YOGA

Twist Yoga operates as part of Your Own University and offers applicable yoga teacher training through its Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School status.

Students who successfully complete an eligible Registered Yoga School teacher training receive applicable completion documentation according to program and Yoga Alliance requirements.

Completion of a Registered Yoga School training does not automatically make a graduate individually registered with Yoga Alliance. Graduates seeking an individual Yoga Alliance credential or registration are responsible for satisfying Yoga Alliance's application, documentation, fee, continuing education, and other applicable requirements.

Yoga Alliance registration is separate from governmental licensure and does not independently authorize an individual to diagnose, treat, or provide services reserved by law for licensed healthcare professionals.

N.E.R.I. CERTIFICATION

N.E.R.I. and its associated certification methodology were authored and developed by Dr. Anna Altair, DC, and are offered through Your Own University as professional education and specialized methodology training.

N.E.R.I. certification does not provide a chiropractic, massage therapy, physical therapy, medical, nursing, mental-health, bodywork, or other governmental professional license.

Because N.E.R.I. practice may involve physical contact or techniques whose lawful use depends upon the practitioner's jurisdiction and professional scope, every graduate is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses, registrations, credentials, insurance, consent procedures, and other authorizations required to touch or provide regulated services to another person in the location where the graduate practices.

N.E.R.I. certification does not expand an individual's existing professional scope of practice.

Dr. Anna Altair's Doctor of Chiropractic credential identifies her individual professional qualification. Participation in N.E.R.I. education through Your Own University does not establish a doctor-patient, chiropractor-patient, or other licensed healthcare relationship between a participant and Dr. Anna Altair.

DR. LISHA ANTIQUA, PhD

References to Dr. Lisha Antiqua, PhD identify her academic credential and her work as an author, researcher, educator, teacher, and coach.

Dr. Lisha Antiqua does not represent herself through these websites, Your Own University, or ALL YOU Inc. as a licensed psychologist, psychotherapist, psychiatrist, physician, or other licensed healthcare provider.

Educational discussions involving psychology, trauma, nervous-system regulation, behavior, emotional health, relationships, sexuality, spirituality, human development, or related subjects are provided within the educational, coaching, research, and personal-development scope of the applicable content or program.

Such education does not establish a psychologist-patient, therapist-client, physician-patient, or other licensed healthcare relationship.
