We collect this information only in connection with the programs, services, applications, forms, assessments, coaching relationships, or other interactions in which you choose to provide it.
Please consider the sensitivity of information before submitting it through a form, community, email, text message, application, or other communication channel.
Your Own University is primarily an educational, coaching, and professional-training organization. Providing health-related or trauma-related information to us does not create a physician-patient, psychologist-patient, psychotherapist-client, or other licensed healthcare relationship.
Unless expressly stated in connection with a particular service, information collected through Your Own University is not represented as a medical record maintained by a healthcare provider under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA").

AMAZING YOU FLOW AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT DATA
Amazing YOU Flow and other digital tools may allow users to enter information concerning habits, goals, intentions, activities, progress, Power Zones, personal-development practices, or similar information.
This information is used to provide the functionality selected by the user.
Dr. Lisha Antiqua and Your Own University do not routinely review individual users' private habit or progress information as part of ordinary operation of the application.
Authorized personnel or technology providers may have access to information when reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, support, improve, or protect the service, respond to a user request, investigate misuse, comply with law, or perform another purpose described in this Privacy Policy.
Users should avoid entering information into an application or digital tool that they do not want stored within the applicable technology system.
PAYMENTS
We use third-party payment processors to process payments. These currently include Stripe and, for some transactions, PayPal.
Payment processors collect and process information required to complete transactions according to their own privacy policies and security practices.
ALL YOU Inc. does not ordinarily receive or store complete payment-card numbers when payments are processed directly through a third-party payment processor. We may receive transaction information such as your name, contact information, purchase, transaction amount, payment status, subscription status, transaction identifier, and limited payment-method information.
Depending upon the service or application used, purchases may also be processed through an application marketplace, subscription-management provider, or other payment technology. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
HIGHLEVEL AND BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY PROVIDERS
Your Own University currently uses HighLevel as a primary technology platform for functions including customer relationship management, websites and funnels, forms, communications, email, SMS, courses, communities, automations, scheduling, and related business operations.
We also use other technology providers to operate our websites, applications, payments, communications, analytics, advertising, file storage, authentication, customer support, and business systems.
These providers may process personal information on our behalf or according to their own applicable privacy terms.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
If you subscribe, enroll, purchase, request information, or otherwise provide your email address, we may send transactional, educational, account, program, and promotional communications as permitted by law.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe mechanism included in applicable messages.
Unsubscribing from promotional email does not prevent us from sending transactional or service communications reasonably necessary to administer an account, purchase, certification, subscription, appointment, or other existing relationship.
TEXT MESSAGES AND SMS
When you provide a mobile telephone number and consent to receive text messages where required, we may send transactional, appointment, program, account, educational, and promotional text messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates imposed by your mobile carrier may apply.
You may opt out of applicable marketing text messages by following the opt-out instructions contained in the message, including replying STOP where supported.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing our products or services unless expressly permitted by applicable law.
COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
Our websites and digital services use cookies, pixels, tags, analytics technologies, advertising technologies, and similar tools.
These technologies may collect information concerning your browser, device, IP address, website activity, interactions with advertisements, referring sources, pages visited, links selected, purchases, conversions, and other online activity.
We use these technologies for purposes including:
• Essential website functionality and security.
• Remembering preferences.
• Measuring website and marketing performance.
• Understanding how visitors use our websites.
• Improving content and user experience.
• Measuring advertising and campaign effectiveness.
• Attributing referrals and affiliate activity.
• Delivering or measuring advertising where permitted.
Depending upon your location and applicable law, you may have choices concerning non-essential cookies or advertising technologies.
ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING
We may use third-party analytics, advertising, social media, and marketing technologies, including technologies associated with platforms such as Google, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and other providers we use from time to time.
These providers may receive information concerning your device, browser, website activity, advertising interactions, or other online activity.
Some advertising technologies may use information collected across different websites or services to measure advertising or provide personalized or interest-based advertising.
Your ability to control these technologies depends upon the applicable provider, browser, device settings, cookie controls, and privacy laws where you reside.
HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may disclose personal information to categories of recipients including:
• Website, hosting, CRM, email, SMS, course, community, scheduling, and technology providers.
• Payment processors and financial-service providers involved in completing transactions.
• Application hosting, authentication, subscription, and infrastructure providers.
• Analytics and advertising providers.
• Contractors, instructors, administrators, and service providers who require information to perform authorized work for us.
• Accountants, attorneys, insurers, consultants, and other professional advisers.
• Affiliate or referral technology providers for tracking and administering referrals and commissions.
• Government agencies, courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required or permitted by law.
• Parties involved in protecting the rights, safety, security, property, or integrity of ALL YOU Inc., our customers, users, or others.
• Parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, business transfer, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.
We may also disclose information when you direct us to do so or consent to the disclosure.
SALE AND SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
ALL YOU Inc. does not operate as a data broker and does not sell customer personal information to data brokers for monetary payment.
Some privacy laws define "sale" or "sharing" more broadly than an exchange of personal information for money. In particular, certain advertising, analytics, or cross-context behavioral advertising activities may qualify as "sharing" or another regulated disclosure under applicable privacy law.
Where applicable law gives you the right to opt out of such activity, we will provide or honor applicable privacy choices as required.
We do not knowingly sell personal information belonging to children.
AFFILIATES AND REFERRALS
If you arrive at our website through an affiliate or referral link, information concerning the referral may be recorded so we can attribute the referral and administer our affiliate program.
An affiliate may receive information necessary to confirm an eligible referral or commission according to our affiliate program and applicable privacy requirements.
We do not provide independent affiliates unrestricted access to customer records simply because they referred a customer.
If we recommend a third-party product through an affiliate relationship, clicking the applicable link may allow the third party or affiliate platform to collect information according to its own privacy practices.
COMMUNITIES, GROUPS AND INFORMATION YOU SHARE WITH OTHERS
Some programs include online communities, groups, classes, live events, discussions, comments, or other interactive spaces.
Information you choose to post or disclose in a shared environment may be visible to instructors, administrators, other participants, or other people with access to the applicable space.
Please use discretion before sharing sensitive personal information in a group environment.
We cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain the confidentiality of information you voluntarily disclose to them, although individual programs may impose community standards or confidentiality expectations.
COACHING AND EDUCATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS
Information disclosed privately during coaching, educational, certification, or program interactions will be handled according to our applicable policies and agreements.
Coaching confidentiality is not identical to the legal evidentiary privilege that may exist in certain licensed healthcare or attorney-client relationships.
We may disclose information when required by law, when reasonably necessary to address a credible threat to safety, where permitted by applicable law, or as otherwise described in an applicable agreement or this Privacy Policy.
DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for legitimate business, educational, certification, tax, accounting, security, contractual, and legal purposes.
Different categories of information may have different retention periods.
For example, certification and training records may need to be retained longer than ordinary marketing information because graduates may later require verification of training or completion.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it according to our practices and applicable law.
DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information appropriate to the nature of the information and our operations.
No website, application, database, internet transmission, or electronic storage system provides absolute security. We therefore cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, lost, or destroyed despite reasonable safeguards.
If we become aware of a data-security incident involving personal information, we will investigate and provide notifications where required by applicable law.
HEALTH-RELATED INFORMATION AND SECURITY INCIDENTS
Some information voluntarily provided through our applications, assessments, coaching programs, or personal-development services may concern health, wellness, trauma, or other sensitive subjects.
Certain health-related digital products and services that are not governed by HIPAA may be subject to other federal or state privacy and breach-notification requirements.
Where a security incident involving covered health-related information triggers a notification requirement, we will respond according to applicable law.
MINORS
Some Your Own University programs may permit participation by teenagers with the authorization or involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
A person under 18 should not enroll in a program, enter into a paid service, submit sensitive personal information, or create an account requiring adult consent without the authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required.
Our general websites, marketing services, coaching programs, and applications are not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13 without the consent or authorization required by applicable law.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in circumstances requiring parental consent and appropriate consent was not obtained, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for determining whether a program intended to permit minor participation is appropriate for their child.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
Our websites, applications, courses, blogs, books, emails, or other content may link to third-party websites, applications, products, social networks, payment services, or resources.
This Privacy Policy does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties.
Review the privacy policy of a third party before providing personal information through its service.
YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
Depending upon how you interact with us and where you reside, you may have options concerning your personal information.
These may include:
• Updating certain account information.
• Unsubscribing from marketing email.
• Opting out of promotional SMS communications.
• Adjusting cookie or browser settings.
• Requesting access to certain personal information.

Some requests are subject to exceptions. For example, we may need to retain information necessary to complete transactions, maintain certification records, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or exercise legal rights.
U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
Residents of certain U.S. states have privacy rights under state law.
Depending upon the law applicable to ALL YOU Inc. and your relationship with us, those rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, and the ability to opt out of certain forms of targeted advertising, sale, profiling, or other regulated processing.
We will process qualifying privacy requests according to applicable law.
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law permits.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended ("CCPA"), when the law applies to ALL YOU Inc. and the applicable processing activity.

• The right to request deletion, subject to legal exceptions.
• The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable.
• The right to limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where applicable.
• The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising applicable privacy rights.
ALL YOU Inc. does not sell personal information to data brokers for monetary compensation.
Because some advertising technologies may fall within California's broader definition of "sharing," California residents will be provided applicable opt-out mechanisms when required.
Where ALL YOU Inc. is legally required to recognize a qualifying Global Privacy Control or similar opt-out preference signal, we will process that signal as required by applicable law.
SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not use sensitive personal information submitted through coaching, trauma-related forms, assessments, applications, or personal-development services for the purpose of creating advertising profiles based upon the substance of an individual's private trauma, abuse, sexual, health, or coaching disclosures.
Sensitive information may be used to provide the service requested, administer the applicable program, maintain appropriate records, support the user, secure our systems, comply with legal requirements, and perform other reasonably necessary functions described in this Privacy Policy.
INTERNATIONAL USERS
ALL YOU Inc. is based in the United States.
If you access our services from another country, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you reside.
Where applicable international privacy law imposes additional requirements upon us, we will process qualifying requests and personal information according to those requirements.
DO NOT TRACK AND PRIVACY SIGNALS
Browser and device technologies provide different privacy signals and settings.
We respond to legally required opt-out preference signals where applicable to our business and processing activities.
Other "Do Not Track" browser signals may not operate consistently across websites or technology providers.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy when our programs, technologies, business practices, service providers, or legal requirements change.
The updated policy will display a revised "Last Updated" date.
Material changes may also be communicated through additional methods when required by applicable law.
CONTACT AND PRIVACY REQUESTS
To ask a privacy question or submit an applicable request concerning your personal information, contact ALL YOU Inc. through the official contact information or contact form provided on the Your Own University website.
Please identify your request clearly enough for us to understand and respond to it.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity before providing, correcting, or deleting personal information.
