Online and at your own pace
You will have a year to complete this training without filing for an extension. Most people complete it within 3 months while working full time.

The Twist yoga teacher training was perfect for me. I have a new little one to take care of and a full time job, but my dream was to be a yoga teacher and share my love of yoga with my friends. In Antiqua's yoga training I got to take my time, digest each module and leave as a confident yoga teacher. I now have a skill I am going to take around the world. Thank you Twist yoga!

Teaching yoga has always been something I wanted to do but I did not know how I could do it, with my busy schedule. Twist and Antiqua worked with me to make my dream a reality. I would recommend Twist Yoga teacher training to anyone who wants to feel confident teaching yoga but doesn't have all the time in the world to take off from their families to make a month long training possible.
