HTCC is approximately one year of education, personal development, coaching practice and professional growth through Your Own University.
Because the program includes direct coaching, practicum, feedback and business development, enrollment begins with an application. We want to understand where you are now, what you hope to do with the training and whether HTCC is the right fit for your goals.

HTCC is an educational coaching certification. It does not provide professional licensure or authorize the practice of psychotherapy, psychology, counseling, medicine or another regulated healthcare profession.

Is HTCC the Right Next Step for You?
You do not need to arrive as an experienced coach. HTCC is designed to help you develop personally and professionally while learning how to support others through a holistic, trauma-informed coaching approach.
HTCC MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
- Feel called to coach, teach or support others
- Want a structured professional coaching education
- Want to understand the whole person across physical health, mindset, emotions, energy, relationships, and business and purpose
- Are willing to participate in your own personal development
- Want practical experience coaching real people
- Are open to feedback and continued growth
- Want to develop a coaching practice, body of work or professional platform
- Are willing to practice within appropriate ethical and professional boundaries
WHAT HTCC ASKS OF YOU:
- Approximately one year of active participation
- Completion of required curriculum and training
- Participation in the Amazing YOU Method and YOU Matter experience
- Study of professional coaching foundations and trauma-informed practice
- A minimum of 25 documented coaching practicum hours
- Openness to coaching review and feedback
- Completion of required certification standards
- Personal responsibility for your learning, practice and professional development
