It ensures that our mission to empower individuals in their healing and personal growth journey is upheld with integrity, professionalism, and respect.
Act with honesty, transparency, and fairness in all professional interactions. Maintain the highest standards of conduct, avoiding misrepresentation or unethical practices. Commit to continuous self-improvement and personal development to serve clients and students effectively.
Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for all clients and students .Acknowledge the profound impact of trauma and respect each individual's unique healing process. Practice informed consent, ensuring clients understand their choices and the nature of the services provided. Empower clients to take an active role in their healing journey, prioritizing their autonomy and well-being.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client and student information, except where legally required to disclose. Respect privacy in all forms of communication and documentation. Obtain written consent before sharing testimonials, case studies, or sensitive personal information.
Clearly define and maintain boundaries between professional roles, including the distinction between coaching, mentoring, and therapy. Refrain from diagnosing or treating medical or psychological conditions unless appropriately licensed. All Y.O.U. certified practitioners, students, and faculty members are required to acknowledge and adhere to this Code of Ethics. Failure to comply may result in corrective action, including removal from certification programs or professional standing within the Y.O.U. community.

Depending on your program you will have a minimum of hours of practice based on ICF, CEU or YA standards. Your practice in coaching, NERI or Yoga teaching will be reviewed by your teacher.
Once this is complete you will move on to certification.
Furthering your education with outside or inside of Y.O.U. workshops, higher learning and accreditation with ICF, AY or your choice of higher educational institutes.
You will be given the code of ethics to sign before you begin your practicum, and upon certification be able to turn in both your code of ethics and hours and certification to the governing program of your choice. This is a process of it's own that each certification program will walk you through.

4. What are the prerequisites to enroll in the certification program?
Applicants should have a passion for helping others, a willingness to learn trauma-informed techniques, and a commitment to ethical coaching. Some advanced certifications may require prior experience or education. Such as NERI - you need to be licensed to do body work in the state you live in, this can be as a Chiropractor, Massage therapist, or any similar field.
5. How long does the certification program take to complete?
The program is designed to be completed in 6-12 months , depending on the student’s pace. Some students complete it faster, while others may take longer based on their schedule.
6. Is the program 100% online?
Yes! The coursework, live sessions, and assessments can be completed online, making it accessible to students worldwide.

The Yoga training is specific for yoga teachers and NERI training specific for body work all following these high standards and complete training.
8. Will I be able to start coaching immediately after certification?
Yes! Our program equips you with the skills and credentials needed to start your coaching practice, work within organizations, or integrate coaching into your existing profession.
9. What ethical guidelines do I need to follow?
All certified professionals must adhere to Y.O.U.’s Code of Ethics , which includes trauma-informed care principles, confidentiality, inclusivity, and professionalism. Each state or country may have their own COE regulations and require other courses and classes. Look into that for your location.
10. What happens if I violate the Code of Ethics?
Violations may result in warnings, mandatory re-training, suspension, or revocation of certification, depending on the severity of the issue.
11. Do I need to renew my certification?
Yes, certification must be renewed every 2 years by completing continuing education (CE) credits and submitting proof of practice. You will need to do this with your governing body, ICF, AY or licensing board. Y.O.U. does not have this set up for itself at this moment.
12. How do I earn continuing education (CE) credits?
You can earn CE credits by: Attending approved workshops or trainings Completing advanced courses Participating in mentorship or supervision programs
13. How do I apply for recertification?
Submit proof of CE credits, a professional development summary, and an updated ethics agreement through our online portal.
14. How much does the certification cost?
Pricing varies based on the program level and payment plan options. We offer upfront and installment payment plans to accommodate different budgets.
15. Are there any scholarships or financial aid options?
We offer limited payment plans, and help set up financial aid through programs with Paypal or other card holders if desired.
16. Can I get a refund if I decide not to complete the program?
We offer a partial refund policy within the first 14 days of enrollment. After that, refunds are not available, but you may defer your enrollment to a later cohort.
17. Will I get mentorship or support during the program?
Yes! You’ll have access to a mentor coach, live Q&A sessions, and a private student community for support throughout your journey.
18. Do I get access to course materials after completing the program?
Yes, graduates receive lifetime access to course materials and any updates to the program.
19. Can I network with other certified coaches?
